Okay so this number called me just now and said in robot voice that they are Canada Revenue Agency and they've been trying to contact my number for some time. Then it stated that there is an arrest warrant issued and I must call back immediately... Like WTF.... That would not be called by a robo voice message! They asked for no name.... Swindling scammers !!!!
